(Senate Bill 388)

AN ACT concerning

Wicomico County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses -
Legal Drinking Age

FOR the purpose of defining the term "lounge area"; requiring
authorizing the holder of a Class B beer, wine and liquor
restaurant or hotel or restaurant license in Wicomico County
to prohibit a person under the legal drinking age in the
State from entering the lounge area on the licensed premises
after a certain time unless accompanied by a certain person
of a certain age; and providing that the Wicomico County
Board of License Commissioners may impose a certain penalty
upon a finding of guilt for violating this restriction
permitting an entertainment fee to be charged under certain
circumstances.
