(g) In considering the qualification of applicants,
surveying teaching as an associate professor or higher may be
construed as land surveying experience.

(h) The satisfactory completion of each scholastic year   of

a land surveying curriculum approved by the Board as       of

satisfactory standing, without graduation, may be considered   as
equivalent to a year of experience.

(i) The execution, as a contractor, of work designed by a
professional land surveyor, or the supervision of the
construction of such work as a foreman or superintendent, is not
the practice of land surveying.

(j) Any person having the necessary qualifications
prescribed in this subtitle to entitle him to registration is
eligible for registration although he may not be practicing his
profession at the time of making application.

(k) The Board shall charge a fee of $10 for each
certification of the licensing status and qualifications of a
registrant.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

Maryland Environmental Trust - Board of Trustees

FOR the purpose of authorizing certain ex officio members of the
board of trustees of the Maryland Environmental Trust to
delegate any of the powers and duties of the member to
