LAWS OF MARYLAND

WHEREAS, The provisions of the State Standby Petroleum Fuel
Set-Aside Program terminate on July 1, 1987; and

WHEREAS, It is in the public interest for the State of
Maryland to establish and maintain in a state of readiness a
State standby set-aside program which can be activated upon
declaration by the Governor of an energy emergency to mitigate
hardships and emergency conditions caused by a fuel shortage;
now; therefore,

SECTION i, BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Natural Resources

11-2-11.

 This subtitle shall remain in effect only until July 1,
[1987] 1992; and as of that date is repealed, unless a later
enacted statute extends that date.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July l, 1987.

Dorchester County Hunting - Wild Waterfowl

FOR the purpose of altering for Dorchester County the size and
type of ammunition that is allowed for hunting wild
waterfowl; and making a stylistic change.
