nominated by the President of the Senate;

(m) One representative of the Maryland
Association of Counties nominated by the
Association;

(n) One representative of the Maryland
Municipal League, nominated by the League;

(o) One representative of the Circuit Court of
Maryland, nominated by the Chief Judge of
the Court of Appeals;

(p) One representative of the State's
Attorney's Association, nominated by the
Association;

(q) One representative of the Chiefs of Police
Association, nominated by the Association;

(r) One representative of the Maryland
Sheriff's Association, nominated by the
Association;

(s) The Chairman of the Juvenile Justice
Advisory Council; and

(t) Four members who have demonstrated concern,
interest and/or knowledge in the area of
criminal justice.

(2) Terms. The terms of the members of the Advisory
Board are co-extensive with the term of the
Governor, and until their successors are duly
chosen; however, the Governor may remove such a
member for any cause adversely affecting the
member's ability or willingness to perform his or
