(A) WHEN THE ADMINISTRATION RECEIVES A NOTICE OF CONVICTION
FROM A PARTY STATE TO THE DRIVER LICENSE COMPACT UNDER SUBTITLE 7
OF THIS TITLE, THE ADMINISTRATION MAY NOT ASSESS POINTS AGAINST
AN INDIVIDUAL, EXCEPT UPON RECEIPT OF REPORTS OF THE FOLLOWING
CONVICTIONS;
(1) MANSLAUGHTER OR NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE RESULTING FROM
THE OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE;
