(2) If ownership of the destroyed vehicle was
transferred to the licensed scrap processor by a licensed
automotive dismantled and recycler, the Administration shall pay
50 percent of the amount required to be paid by this section to
the automotive dismantler and recycler and 50 percent to the
scrap processor.
(d) If one of the counties of this State receives
reimbursement for expenses incurred in selling a vehicle under
Title 25, Subtitle 2 of this article, the Administration shall
make the payment required by this section even if the destroyed
vehicle never was titled in this State.]
DRAFTER'S NOTE: This deletes obsolete provisions, §§ 13-803
and 15-512 of the Transportation Article.
Ch. 698 of the Acts of 1984 provided that §§ 13-803
and 15-512 were to be repealed on July 1, 1986.
Although the Michie Company failed to show §§ 13-803
and 15-512 in the 1986 Supplement to the 1984
Replacement Volume for Volume II of the Transportation
Article, the sections are being shown as repealed for
the purpose of putting the General Assembly on notice
of the delayed repeal.
The deletions were suggested by the professional staff
of the Legislative Division of the Department of
Legislative Reference.

(a) Subject to the provisions of subsection (h) of this
section, a person may not drive a motor vehicle on any highway
or on any property specified in § 21-101.1 of this article while
his license or privilege to drive is refused in this State or any
other state. Any individual who violates this subsection shall
be assessed the points as provided for in [§ 16-402(a)(20)] §
16-402{A)(21) of this title.
DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an outdated cross-reference
in § 16-303(a) of the Transportation Article.
Paragraph (20) of § 16-402(a) became paragraph (21) in
Ch. 590 of the Acts of 1986.
The outdated cross-reference was noted by the Chief
Clerk of the District Court of Maryland.

(d) (2) The Administration may award contracts in
accordance with [Article 21 of the Code] DIVISIONS II AND III OF
THE STATE FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT ARTICLE out of the
