JOINT RESOLUTIONS

(2)  The Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Joint Legislative
Committee on the Med-Evac Program;

(3)  The Secretary of the Department of Budget and Fiscal
Planning;

(4)  The Directory Director of the Maryland Institute for
the Emergency Medical Services Systems;

(5)  The Superintendent of the Maryland State Police;

(6)  The Director of Medical Field Services of the Maryland
Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems;

(7)  The Commander of the Maryland State Police Aviation
Division;

(8)  One representative of the Department of Health and
Mental Hygiene, appointed by the Secretary; and

(9)  One representative of Maryland's Fire and Rescue
Services, appointed by the Governor; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Lieutenant Governor serve as the Chairman
of the Advisory Committee; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Advisory Committee report its findings
and recommendations to the General Assembly and Governor by
January 1, 1988; and be it further

RESOLVED, That staff for the Advisory Committee be provided
by the Office of the Governor; and be it further

RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution  be forwarded by the

Department of Legislative Reference to the Honorable William

Donald Schaefer, Governor of Maryland; the Honorable Thomas V.

Mike Miller, Jr., President of the Senate of Maryland; and the

Honorable R. Clayton Mitchell, Speaker of the House of Delegates.
