SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Crimes and Punishments - Registered Returnable
Containers and Articles

FOR the purpose of providing certain rights and remedies to
certain persons who register containers for bakery products;
creating certain offenses relating to registered containers
for bakery products; establishing certain penalties for
violations relating to registered containers for bakery
products'; altering a certain fine; altering the definition
of "returnable container"; clarifying that certain
provisions of law relating to registered containers and
articles may not be construed to limit certain civil
remedies or certain criminal prosecutions; making stylistic
changes; and generally relating to offenses involving
registered containers for baker products and articles.
