order to show cause to the authority wrongfully withholding the
property and it is subsequently ordered that the property be
restored to the person from whom it was taken, court costs shall
not be assessed against the petitioner.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Pesticide Applicators - Supervision Training

FOR the purpose of altering certain definitions so as to require

persons with certain qualifications to be physically present

when certain employees are applying pesticides; altering the

definition of "registered employee" for certain purposes;

and generally relating to pesticide applicators.

FOR the purpose of prohibiting certain employees from applying
any pesticide before successful completion of training
approved by the State Department of Agriculture.
