AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Motorcycle Safety Program

FOR the purpose of repealing a requirement that the Department of
Transportation prepare and submit to the General Assembly a
certain report concerning the operation of the Motorcycle
Safety Program; repealing a termination date for the
Motorcycle Safety Program; requiring authorizing the Motor
Vehicle Administration to collect and use the course
registration fee that is charged by a certain at an
Administration operated motorcycle training center to be
used by the Motor Vehicle Administration to cover the
operating costs of the training center centers operated by
the Motor Vehicle Administration—center; requiring the
General Assembly to use certain reports to evaluate the
Motorcycle Safety Program at certain times; requiring the
General Assembly to repeal the Motorcycle Safety Program
under certain circumstances; and generally relating to the
Motorcycle Safety Program.
