reallocate any remaining moneys appropriated to that program to
any other special loan program or the Maryland Housing
Rehabilitation Program.

Article - Financial Institutions

13-305.

There is a Home Financing Program of the Department.

13-308.

(c) The State Treasurer shall hold and the State

Comptroller shall account for the fund. The fund shall be

invested and reinvested in the same manner as other State funds.

Any investment earnings of the fund shall be paid into the
[General Fund of the State] FUND.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Tenant Evictions - Inclement Weather
Extreme Weather Conditions

FOR the purpose of prohibiting the eviction of a tenant from
leased premises under certain circumstances due to inclement
weather conditions authorizing the administrative judge of a
district to stay the execution of a warrant of restitution
in a certain manner due to extreme weather conditions; and
providing for priority of the execution of a certain warrant
of restitution under certain circumstances.
