(9) Comply with any requirements or regulations of
the Secretary; [and]

(10) REQUEST, UNDER §§ 43 THROUGH 46 OF ARTICLE 19 OF
THE CODE, THAT STATE INCOME TAX REFUNDS BE WITHHELD TO REPAY ANY
LOAN THAT HAS BEEN IN DEFAULT FOR AT LEAST 100 DAYS; AND

[(10)] (11) Do any other act not inconsistent with
law, that is appropriate to promote its purposes.

(C) THE CORPORATION SHALL REQUEST, UNDER §§ 43 THROUGH 46
OF ARTICLE 19 OF THE CODE, THAT STATE INCOME TAX REFUND BE
WITHHELD TO REPAY ANY LOAN THAT HAS BEEN IN DEFAULT FOR AT LEAST
180 DAYS.-------------------------------------------------------

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.
