DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects a punctuation error in §
7-703(c)(l) of the Health - General Article.

The punctuation error, the use of a period in the
place of a semicolon, occurred in Chs. 636 and 637 of
the Acts of 1986.

The punctuation error was noted by the Computer
Division of the Department of Legislative Reference.

7-903.

In addition to any other license required by law, a person
shall be licensed by the Administration before the person may
provide the following services to an individual with
developmental disability or a recipient of individual support
services:

(1)  Day habilitation services;

(2)  Residential services;

(3)  Services coordination;

(4)  Vocational services;

(5)  More than 1 family support service, as defined
under § 7-701 of this [subtitle] TITLE; and

(6)  More than 1 individual support service.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects a stylistic error in a
cross-reference in § 7-903 of the Health - General
Article.

The stylistic error occurred in Chs. 636 and 637 of
the Acts of 1986.

The stylistic error was noted by the Michie Company.

7-1001.                                                                                       

In this subtitle, "licensee" means:

(1)  A person who is licensed by the Administration to
provide services; and

(2)  A State residential center.
