concurrent codifications of Chs. 509 and 511 of the
Acts of 1986, each of which added a county to the
paragraph.

The extraneous conjunction was noted by the Michie
Company. The stylistic error and the omission of the
punctuation was noted by the professional staff of the
Legislative Division of the Department of Legislative
Reference.

(g) (1) Except for the Sanitary Commission of Worcester
[County if,] COUNTY, IF the connection charges collected under
this section are more than the cost of the connections made, a
sanitary commission shall:

(i) Keep the excess revenues in a special fund;
and

(ii) Use the fund only for repairs,
replacement, and extraordinary expenses of the water system or
sewer system.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects the misplacement of
punctuation in § 9-661(g)(l) of the Health
Environmental Article.

The misplacement of the punctuation, a comma, occurred
in Ch. 814 of the Acts of 1986.

The misplacement of the punctuation was noted by the
Computer Division of the Department of Legislative
Reference.

5-602.

(b) (3) The attending physician shall make the declaration
or other written documents containing a declaration in
conformance with the provisions of [paragraph (c)(1)] SUBSECTION
(C)(1) of this section a part of the declarant's medical records.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects a stylistic error in an
internal reference in § 5-602(b)(3) of the Health -
General Article.

The stylistic error occurred in Ch. 620 of the Acts of
the Regular Session of 1985.
