6-608.

(c) The secretaries of the other departments represented
under [§ 6-704] § 6-604 of this subtitle shall inform the
Advisory Council of the activities of their departments at each
regularly scheduled meeting of the Advisory Council.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects errors in cross-references in
§§ 6-607(b)(4) and (c) and 6-608(c) of the Health -
Environmental Article.

Due to the absence of a Title 6, Subtitle 6 in the
Health - Environmental Article, Title 6, Subtitle 7,
enacted by Ch. 404 of the Acts of 1986, became Title
6, Subtitle 6 in the codification by the Michie
Company.

The errors were noted by the Michie Company.

7-221.

(a)  All expenditures from the State Hazardous Substance
Control Fund made by the Department under [§ 7-220(b)(l), (2),
(3), (4), and (5)] § 7-220(B) of this subtitle in response to a
release or a threatened release of a controlled hazardous
substance at a particular site shall be reimbursed to the
Department for the State Hazardous Substance Control Fund by the
responsible person for the release or the threatened release.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects stylistic errors in
cross-references in § 7-221{a) of the Health
Environmental Article.

The stylistic errors occurred in Ch. 609 of the Acts
of 1986.

The stylistic errors were noted by the Computer
Division of the Department of Legislative Reference.

7-266.

(b)  (2) The penalty imposed on a person under this
subsection shall be:

(i) Up to $1,000 for each violation, but not
exceeding $50,000 total; and

(ii) Assessed with consideration given to:

1. The willfulness of the violation, the
extent to which the existence of the violation was known to but
uncorrected by the violator, and the extent to which the violator
