(i) Correcting to the extent possible the
failure to implement or maintain erosion and sediment controls;
and
(ii) Administration of the sediment control
program.
(d) If a county or. municipality fails to enforce any
provision of this subtitle, the Department may request the
Attorney General to take appropriate legal action to correct the
violation and to recover damages CIVIL PENALTIES under subsection
(c) of this section.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1,1987.

AN ACT concerning
Home-Based Hospice Care Programs - Licensing
FOR the purpose of providing that Subtitle 4. "Home Health
Agencies" of Title 19 of the Health - General Article does
not apply to home-based hospice care programs and that
Subtitle 9. "Hospices" of Title 19 of the Health - General
Article provides for the licensing of home-based hospice
care programs; eliminating a certain limit on the number of
individuals in a hospice care facility; altering certain
provisions relating to hospice care facilities and hospice
care programs; establishing a certain dual licensing system
for hospice care programs; eliminating the 6-month life
expectancy requirement for individuals in hospice care
programs; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental
Hygiene to adopt certain sets of regulations; establishing
certain requirements for hospice care programs; providing
certain exceptions to certificate of need requirements for
hospice care programs; providing for the application of
hospice licensing requirements for home health agencies,
hospitals, related institutions, and other health facilities
in certain circumstances; and generally relating to the
licensure of home-based hospice care programs.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
