AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Motorcycle Safety Program

FOR the purpose of repealing a requirement that the Department of
Transportation prepare and submit to the General Assembly a
certain report concerning the operation of the Motorcycle

Safety Program; repealing a termination date for the

Motorcycle Safety Program; requiring the General Assembly to
evaluate certain reports and repeal the Motorcycle Safety
Program under certain circumstances; authorizing the Motor
Vehicle Administration to collect and use the course
registration fee that is charged by a at an Administration
operated motorcycle training center to be used by the Motor
Vehicle Administration to cover the operating costs of the
training center; and generally relating to the Motorcycle
Safety Program.
