Labor, the differential applied under this paragraph shall be 30
percent.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Board of
Public Works shall include within the Board of Public Works Title
of the Code of Maryland Regulations a cross-reference to any
regulations adopted by any other unit of State government if the
regulations adopted by the other unit of State government are
subject to approval, review, or other action by the Board of
Public Works.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That it is the intent
of the General Assembly that the Board of Public Works and the
various other units of State government required to adopt
regulations under this Act shall adopt regulations in compliance
with the provisions of this Act in an expeditious manner, and not
later than January 1, 1988.
SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Board of
Public Works and the various other units of State government
required to adopt regulations under this Act shall report to the
Legislative Policy Committee and the Joint Committee on
Administrative, Executive, and Legislative Review on or before
July 1, 1987, and October 1, 1987, on the progress of the Board
of Public Works in complying with the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.
