Ch. 641                                    LAWS OF MARYLAND

Agriculture. The Department of Natural Resources shall be
consulted prior to any rule making effort to assure coordination
with its sediment control and related watershed programs.

(2)  All rules and regulations promulgated under this
section shall be approved by the Board of Public Works prior to
the use of the proceeds of State bonds in the cost sharing
program.

(3)  The Department of Agriculture and the Department
of Health and Mental Hygiene may enter into agreements with
appropriate federal and local governmental entities to assist in
administering this subtitle.

Article - Education

14-101.

There is a Board of Trustees of State Universities and
Colleges which exercises direction and controls of:

(1) Bowie State College;

(2) Coppin State College;

(3) Frostburg State College;

(4) Salisbury State College;

(5) The University of Baltimore;

(6) Towson State University; and

(7) Any other 4-year State college established after
July 1, 1976.

14-105.

(b)(1) As to each institution under its jurisdiction, the
Board of Trustees shall:

[(1)] (I) Have the care, control, and management of
the institution and all of its property and assets; and

[(2)] (II) Keep an accurate record of all money it
receives or spends and all acts it does in carrying out its
responsibilities.

(2) THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS SHALL ADOPT REGULATIONS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH TITLE 10, SUBTITLE 1 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT
ARTICLE TO GOVERN RECEIPTS AND EXPENDITURES IN THE COURSE OF THE
ADMINISTRATION OF THE INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETIC PROGRAM BY THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
