WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor                   Ch. 609

REVIEW EVERY 6 MONTHS TO DETERMINE THE SUCCESS OF THE EFFORTS TO
ACQUIRE PERMANENT AND STABLE PLACEMENT FOR EACH CHILD IN CARE
MEET THE GOALS SET OUT IN THE PERMANENCY PLAN OR THE AGREEMENT
WITH THE PARENTS OR GUARDIANS IN VOLUNTARY PLACEMENTS.

[(d)] (F) The Administration shall adopt rules and
regulations that, for the 12-month period beginning on October 1,
1983, and for each subsequent 12-month period, establish specific
goals as to the maximum number of children who will remain in
foster care for more than 2 years.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Board of Supervisors of Elections - Prince George's County

FOR the purpose of altering the membership of the Prince George's
County Board of Supervisors of Elections; providing certain
qualifications for appointed members of the Board; altering
the number of substitute members appointed to the Board;
making certain stylistic changes; and generally relating to
the membership of the Prince George's County Board of
Supervisors of Elections.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
