(3) Prepare detailed plans and specifications to
expand and upgrade State Use Industries Brush
and Carton Shop................................... 40,000
(4) Prepare preliminary plans and specifications
to renovate electrical system at main
institution....................................... 40,000
(d) Maryland Correctional Pre-Release System:
Supplement the appropriation, "Acquire site
and prepare detailed plans and specifications
for pre-release unit for women...",
originally made by Chapter 125 on page 1644
of the Acts of 1985, Section 1(5) of Chapter
125 of the Acts of 1985 being hereby modified
to the extent that work may begin upon
satisfactory assurances to the Board of
Public Works that the project can be
completed with the aggregate of the funds
herein and heretofore appropriated for this
purpose (Baltimore City).......................... 175,000
(e) Maryland Correctional Institution - Jessup
(Anne Arundel County):
Supplement the appropriation, "Design,
construct, and equip addition to State Use
Industries Graphic Shop...", originally made
by Chapter 286 on page 1199 of the Acts of
1986, Section 1(5) of Chapter 286 of the Acts
of 1986 being hereby modified to the extent
that work may begin upon satisfactory
assurances to the Board of Public Works that
the project can be completed with the
aggregate of the funds herein and heretofore
appropriated for this purpose..................... 450,000
