Services of Maryland for roof repairs to
Baltimore City facility and for roof repairs
to Salisbury plant (Baltimore City and
Wicomico County) provided that the
appropriation is contingent on the provision
of a sufficient amount by Blind Industries
and Services of Maryland to fund the
necessary improvements to the HVAC system as
a part of the overall projects................

(g) Provide a grant to Historic Annapolis, Inc.

for construction of a museum, known as

"Preservation Keep", provided that this

appropriation represents the final State.

Residential Housing Unit, contingent upon and
supplementary to federal funds being made

available to Maryland Veterans' Home
