The disjunctive conjunction "or" was omitted from Ch.
6 of the Acts of the 1st Special Session of 1973.

The omission of the conjunction was noted by the
Computer Division of the Department of Legislative
Reference.

(c) A person may not impersonate in any way the Secretary
OR use his seal or a counterfeit of it in any manner. Any person
who violates this subsection is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction, is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000, or by
imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both, with costs imposed
in the discretion of the court.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects the omission of a conjunction
in § ll-208(c) of the Agriculture Article.

The disjunctive conjunction, "or", was omitted from
Ch. 182 of the Acts of 1986. Although the Michie
Company corrected the omission of the conjunction in
the 1986 Supplement to the 1985 Replacement Volume for
the Agriculture Article, it must also be corrected
legislatively.

The omission of the conjunction was noted by the
Michie Company.

13-205.

(a) Money placed in the Administration Fund shall be used
as follows:

(1)  To pay the expenses incurred in the
administration of the licensing program provided for in this
subtitle; and

(2)  To prepare the annual Directory of Grain Dealers,
as required by [§ 13-205] § 13-206 of this subtitle.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an outdated cross-reference
in § 13-205(a) of the Agriculture Article.

Section 13-205 of the Agriculture Article became §
13-206 of the Agriculture Article in Ch. 210 of the
Acts of 1986.

The outdated cross-reference was noted by the Michie
Company.
