of the House;

(3) 7 members appointed by the Governor, including;

(i) 2 consumers of services provided by the
State Accident Fund, 1 of whom shall be a representative of
employers and 1 of whom shall be a representative of claimants
against the Fund; and

(ii) 5 public members, appointed at large.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the members of
the task force shall serve without compensation, but shall be
reimbursed for all reasonable expenses incurred in the
performance of their duties.

SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That staff for the

task force shall be as designated by the Governor, in

consultation with the President of the Senate of Maryland and the
Speaker of the House of Delegates.

SECTION 7. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the task force
created in Sections 2 through 6 of this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1987. ---

SECTION 8. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That changes made to
Article 101, , §§ 70 and 71(a) in Section 1 of this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1988.
