DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects erroneous references in
Article 64A, § 48E(d), (g), and (h).
The Review Board initially created in Senate Bill 610
of the Acts of the Regular Session of 1985 became, by
amendment, an Advisory Council in Ch. 217 of the Acts
of the Regular Session: of 1985. However, not all
provisions were appropriately amended.
The erroneous references were noted by the Computer
Division of the Department of Legislative Reference.
