the professional staff of the Legislative Division of
the Department of Legislative Reference.

13.

(a) During the investigation of any complaint alleging a
violation, of [§§ 5, 7, 14, 15, 16, or 22] § 5, § 7, § 14, §15, §
16, OR § 22 of this article, and until said matters reach the
stage of public hearings, the activities of all members of the
Commission and employees thereof in connection with said
investigation shall be conducted in confidence and without
publicity, and the Commission shall hold confidential any
information in relation thereto, including the identity of the
complainant and the respondent, except that:

[(i)] (1) Any information may be released at any time
if the release has been agreed to in writing by both complainant
and respondent; and

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an error in punctuation and
stylistic errors in Article 49B, § 13(a).

The error in punctuation, the use of a colon rather
than a period to end a sentence, occurred in Ch. 408
of the Acts of 1972. The stylistic errors, in
cross-references and in the numbering of items,
occurred in Ch. 413 of the Acts of 1970.

The stylistic errors in the cross-references were
noted by the Michie Company. The error in punctuation
and the stylistic errors in numbering were noted by
the professional staff of the Legislative Division of
the Department of Legislative Reference.

25.

It shall be unlawful to coerce, intimidate, threaten, or
interfere with any person in the exercise or enjoyment of, or on
account of his having exercised or enjoyed, or on account of his
having aided or encouraged any other person in the exercise or
enjoyment of, any right granted or protected by [ § 20, 21, 22, or
23] § 20, § 21, §22, OR § 23 OF THIS ARTICLE. This section may
be enforced by appropriate civil action.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects stylistic errors in
cross-references in Article 49B, § 25.

The stylistic errors occurred in Ch. 324 of the Acts
of 1971.
