PRINCE GEORGE'S AND MONTGOMERY COUNTIES AND THE DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES;

(II)  REGULATIONS GOVERNING SEWER CLEANING,
UNDER AUTHORITY OF § 3-301 OF THIS ARTICLE;

(III)  REGULATIONS GOVERNING PLUMBING, UNDER
AUTHORITY OF §§ 9-101, 14-102, AND 15-104 OF THIS ARTICLE, AND §
4 55 OF ARTICLE 56 OF THE CODE; AND

(IV)  REGULATIONS GOVERNING GASFITTING, UNDER
AUTHORITY OF § 9-102 OF THIS ARTICLE.

(2)  THE REGULATIONS SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED IN
§ 9-101(B) OF THIS ARTICLE.

(3)  The sworn certificate of any member of the WSSC
of the publication [of regulations] under this section is prima
facie evidence of publication.

(c)  (1) Any person who violates any provision of the [WSSC
erosion and sediment control] regulations is guilty of a WSSC
infraction, and, upon delivery of a citation by the WSSC under
subsection (d)(1) of this section, shall pay to WSSC a civil
monetary fine in the amount set forth in subsection (c)(3) of
this [subsection] SECTION.

(2)  Each day that a violation remains uncorrected is
a separate WSSC infraction subject to an additional citation and
fine in the amount set forth in subsection (c)(3) of this
section.

(3)  The civil monetary fine for a WSSC infraction
under this section [shall be] IS $250.

(4)  For a repeated infraction, the following fines
[shall] apply:

(i) 2nd violation.........................$500;

(ii) 3rd violation....................$750; and

(iii) Each violation in excess of 3.....$1,000.

(5)  (i) The date for payment of the fine may not be
less than 10 or more than 20 calendar days from the date of
delivery of the citation.

(ii) The recipient of the citation may elect to
pay the fine before the due date stated on the citation.

(d)  (1) Upon verification of a WSSC infraction, the
enforcement official shall deliver a citation to any person whom
