(iii) In the event of a vacancy caused by a
member who is required to reside in a particular board of
education district, the person appointed to fill the vacancy
shall reside in the same district at the time of appointment and
while filling out the unexpired term.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Montgomery County Board of
Education to establish certain procedures for the selection

and responsible nonminority bidder; specifying certain
requirements for the procedures; and generally relating to
the procurement process of the Montgomery County Board of
Education.
