320.
(A) There is established in this State a system of
reciprocity for licensing between all electrical boards, whether
they be [State,] THE STATEWIDE MASTER ELECTRICAL BOARD OR
municipal[,] or locally appointed boards.
(B) A MUNICIPAL OR LOCALLY APPOINTED BOARD MAY NOT
PARTICIPATE IN THE SYSTEM OF RECIPROCITY WITH THE STATEWIDE
MASTER ELECTRICAL BOARD UNLESS THE MUNICIPAL OR LOCALLY APPOINTED
BOARD HAS RECEIVED STATE CERTIFICATION.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning
Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights - Investigatory Files
FOR the purpose of altering the current provisions of law that
exclude the furnishing of confidential sources of
information regarding a law enforcement officer under
investigation to provide that such exclusion apply to
information that is the subject of any other pending
internal investigation and which is irrelevant to the
investigation. FOR the purpose of requiring that a law
enforcement officer under investigation be furnished with
certain exculpatory information under certain circumstances;
making stylistic changes; and generally relating to a
requirement that a law enforcement officer under
investigation be furnished with certain exculpatory
information under certain circumstances.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 728(b)(5)
