(B) INTEREST UNDER THIS SECTION SHALL ACCRUE AND BE PAYABLE
AT A RATE NOT LESS THAN THE RATE OF INTEREST PAYABLE ON DEATH

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Queen Anne's County - Alcoholic Beverages - Caterer's License

FOR the purpose of permitting the Queen Anne's County Board of
License Commissioners to issue a caterer's license to
holders of a certain class of alcoholic beverages license;
establishing a license fee and the hours and days for
catering under this license; providing for the scope of the
license; requiring a holder to provide food as well as
alcoholic beverages at the catered event; providing an
exception from a certain license holding prohibition; and
generally relating to creating an alcoholic beverages
license for caterers in Queen Anne's County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

24C.

(A) IN QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY, THE BOARD OF LICENSE
COMMISSIONERS MAY ISSUE A CATERER'S LICENSE TO A HOLDER OF A
CLASS B RESTAURANT OR HOTEL (ON-SALE) BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR
LICENSE.

(B) THE ANNUAL FEE FOR THE LICENSE IS $100.
