AN ACT concerning

Weed Control - Noxious Weeds

FOR the purpose of revising the Maryland weed control law to
provide that certain weeds and plants are considered to be
noxious weeds; declaring certain weeds and plants to be
noxious weeds; including certain thistles and hybrids of
Johnsongrass as noxious weeds; authorizing the State
Secretary of Agriculture to declare a quarantine for certain
purposes; defining certain terms; requiring certain
landowners to eradicate or control noxious weeds on the
person's land by using certain practices; and generally
relating to the control and eradication of noxious weeds in
Maryland.
