record of previous convictions; and

(2) The court may recommend that a person be placed
in a center.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

General State Scholarship - Examination Waiver

FOR the purpose of expanding the applicability of the provision
of law that exempts certain applicants from taking a certain
competitive examination under the General State Scholarship
