SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the provisions
of this Act do not affect the renewal or transfer of ownership of
an existing alcoholic beverages license in the 47th Legislative
District of Baltimore City as it exists on July 1, 1987.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

Juvenile Facilities - Charles H. Hickey, Jr. School
Citizen's Advisory Committee

FOR the purpose of altering the termination date of the provision
of law relating to the creation and duties of the Charles H.
Hickey, Jr. School Citizen's Advisory Committee.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Health - General

6-119.1.                                    

(d) The provisions of this section creating the Charles H.
Hickey, Jr. School Citizen's Advisory Committee and relating to
the duties of the Committee are of no effect and may not be
enforced after July 1, [1987] 1991.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.
