(IV) BECAME LICENSED IN THE OTHER STATE AFTER
MEETING, IN THAT STATE, REQUIREMENTS THAT ARE COMPARATIVE TO THE
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS STATE.

(C) THE BOARD MAY GRANT A WAIVER ONLY IF THE STATE IN WHICH
THE APPLICANT IS LICENSED WAIVES THE EXAMINATION OF LICENSEES OF
THIS STATE TO A SIMILAR EXTENT AS THIS STATE WAIVES THE
EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS LICENSED IN THAT STATE.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Wicomico County Board of Education - Composition of Board

FOR the purpose of altering the number of members of the Wicomico
County Board of Education; providing for the staggering of
terms of certain members of the Wicomico County Board of
Education; providing that the incumbent members of the
Wicomico County Board of Education serve out their terms and
continue to hold office until their successors are
appointed; and generally relating to the members of the
Wicomico County Board of Education.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Education

3-105.

(a) Subsections (b), (c), and (d) of this section do not
apply to a county if the number of members of the county board is
regulated by other provisions of this title.
