Section 91

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1981 Replacement Volume and 1986 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 16 - Chancery

[91.

All orders granting, modifying, or dissolving an injunction
or issued pursuant to Rules 532 and 572 of the Maryland Rules
shall bind any person or persons, or corporation, against whom
the same may be passed or issued.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

CHAPTER 344

(Senate Bill 369)

AN ACT concerning

Juvenile Cases - Restitution

FOR the purpose of altering the circumstances under which a court
may enter a judgment of restitution against a child or the
parent of a child; clarifying that a court may enter a
judgment of restitution against both a child and the parent
of the child under certain circumstances; providing that
third party payors and governmental entities may receive
restitution under certain circumstances; providing for the
priority of certain types of restitution payments;
clarifying language; and generally relating to restitution
payments by a child or the parent of a child.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
