Ch. 327                                  LAWS OF MARYLAND

THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CALVERT COUNTY, BY ORDINANCE OR
RESOLUTION, MAY FIX, IMPOSE, AND COLLECT DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES
FOR FINANCING, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, THE CAPITAL COSTS OF
ADDITIONAL OR EXPANDED PUBLIC WORKS, IMPROVEMENTS, AND FACILITIES
REQUIRED TO ACCOMMODATE NEW CONSTRUCTION OR DEVELOPMENT.

     SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Calvert

County Commissioners shall submit to the Calvert County

Delegation of the General Assembly an annual written report
concerning the implementation and effect of this Act. The report
shall be submitted on or before commencement of each regular
legislative session in 1988, 1989, and 1990.

SECTION 3 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1987.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

There is a Board of Trustees of State Universities and
Colleges which exercises direction and control of:

(1) Bowie State College;
