WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 315 (e) The State Comptroller may not question the (f) The State Comptroller shall: (1) withhold and pay to the Administration any income (2) pay to the obligor any part of the income tax (3) notify the obligor of: (i) the amount paid to the Administration; and (ii) the rights of the obligor under subsection (G) (1) IN THIS SUBSECTION, "LOTTERY PRIZE" MEANS A PRIZE (2) ON RECEIPT OF THE ADMINISTRATION'S CERTIFICATION, (3) ON RECEIPT OF A COPY OF A CERTIFICATION, THE (4) AFTER THE STATE LOTTERY AGENCY HAS RECORDED A (5) THE STATE COMPTROLLER SHALL: (I) PAY TO THE ADMINISTRATION THE AMOUNT OF THE (II) PAY TO THE OBLIGOR ANY PART OF THE LOTTERY (III) NOTIFY THE OBLIGOR OF: 1. THE AMOUNT PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATION; 2. THE RIGHTS OF THE OBLIGOR UNDER - 1841 -
