OF THE PROPERTY ON WHICH THE VIOLATION ALLEGEDLY OCCURRED BE
PRESENT AT ANY COURT PROCEEDING REGARDING THAT CASE.
[(g)] (H) All law-enforcement agencies, officers and
officials of this State or any political subdivision thereof, or
any enforcement agency, officer or any official of any commission
of this State or any political subdivision thereof, are hereby
authorized, empowered, and directed to enforce compliance with
this section.
[(h)] (I) All public authorities and agencies having
supervision of properties of this State are authorized, empowered
and instructed to establish and maintain receptacles for the
deposit of litter at appropriate locations where such property is
frequented by the public, and to post signs directing persons to
such receptacles and serving notice of the provisions of this
section, and to otherwise publicize the availability of litter
receptacles and requirements of this section.
[(i)] (J) Fines collected for violations of this section
shall be disbursed to the county or city where the violation
occurred to be used to defray the expense of establishment and
maintenance of receptacles and posting of signs as provided in
subsection [(h)] (I) of this section.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning
Consumer Protection Act - Assignees and Holders Servicers of
Mortgages
FOR the purpose of requiring assignees and holders servicers of
mortgages to send a certain notice to the mortgagor at a
certain time; providing for the content of the notice;
requiring the assignee or holder servicer to designate a
certain person contact for certain purposes; requiring an
assignee or holder a servicer to make certain timely
payments; providing certain penalties and the applicability
of other penalties under the Consumer Protection Act;
defining certain terms; and generally relating to the duties
of assignees and holders servicers of mortgages under the
Consumer Protection Act.
