(4) [To cause] CAUSE the prosecution of all violators
of this subtitle.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects stylistic errors and corrects
the omission of a conjunction in Article 48, § 173(b).

The stylistic errors occurred in, and the conjunction,
"and", was omitted from Ch. 430 of the Acts of 1969.

(b) On and after July 1, 1969, each boiler and pressure
vessel used or proposed to be used within this State, except
boilers and pressure vessels exempt under § 172 of this subtitle,
shall be thoroughly inspected as to their construction,
installation and condition, as follows:

(7) A grace period of two months beyond the periods
specified in [subdivisions (1), (2), (3) and (6)] PARAGRAPH (1),
(2), (3), AND (6) of this subsection may elapse between
certificate inspections.

references in Article 48, § 176(b)(7).

The stylistic errors occurred in Ch. 430 of the Acts

183.

Any person who shall refuse or neglect to remove such
material of a combustible nature at the expiration of the
forty-eight hours' notice provided in § 181 [hereof] OF THIS
SUBTITLE shall be fined not less than five dollars nor more than
fifty dollars for each such offense.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects a stylistic error in a
cross-reference in Article 48, § 183.

The stylistic error occurred in Ch. 260 of the Acts of
1929.
