Ch. 11                                    LAWS OF MARYLAND

(i) A critical evaluation of the performance of
gasohol;

(ii) A breakdown of the costs incurred in the
operation of the test vehicles using gasohol; and

(iii) Recommendations for future use of gasohol
in State motor vehicles[.]; AND

(6) The gasohol testing program shall be submitted no
later than January 1, 1980 to the Legislative Policy Committee.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an error in punctuation and
the misplacement of a conjunction in Article 41, §
18-202(e).

The error in punctuation and the misplacement of the
conjunction, "and", occurred in Ch. 402 of the Acts of
1979.

The error in punctuation and the misplacement of the
conjunction were noted by the Michie Company.

18-204.

(a) Each county and Baltimore City shall prepare an
emergency preparedness plan for responding to an emergency- that
involves hazardous materials or controlled hazardous substances
as defined in THE Health - Environmental Article.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects the omission of an article
from Article 41, § 18-204(a).

The article, "the", was omitted from Ch. 254 of the
Acts of 1986.

The omission was noted by the Computer Division of the
Department of Legislative Reference.

Article 43C - Maryland Health and Higher Educational

(h) (2) "Hospital" includes:

(i) Nonprofit comprehensive health centers

     providing out-patient primary health services available to the

general public, but does not include any facility as described
in this [paragraph] ITEM which is owned and operated by the
State, except that with the approval of the Board of Public Works
and the Joint Budget and Audit Committee of the General Assembly
