(3)  This Assistant Secretary is entitled to the
salary provided in the State budget.

(4)  This Assistant Secretary has the duties provided
by law or delegated by the Secretary. This Assistant Secretary
is responsible to the Secretary for administering and enforcing
those environmental regulatory functions assigned or delegated to
this Assistant Secretary so as to ensure preservation,
conservation, enhancement, wise use and perpetuation of the
natural resources of this State for the greatest benefit to this
State and its citizens.]

(15)  Board of Medical Examiners.
