(a)  A person who violates any provision of this title or of
any rule or regulation adopted under this title is guilty of a
misdemeanor and on conviction is subject:

(1)  To a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment not
exceeding 3 months, or both; or

(2)  To a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment
not exceeding 1 year, or both, for any subsequent violation of
this title that occurs within 2 years of an earlier violation of
this title.

(b)  Each day that a person practices well drilling without
a license constitutes a separate offense.

Subtitle 6. Short Title; Termination of
Title

This title may be cited as the "Maryland Well Drillers Act".

[21-602] 13-602.

Subject to the Program Evaluation Act, the provisions of
this title and all rules and regulations adopted under this title
creating the State Board of Well Drillers and relating to the
regulation of well drillers are of no effect and may not be
enforced after July 1, 1991.

Article - Agriculture

8-201.

(a) The following persons shall serve as members of the
Committee:

(1)  The Secretary, or any employee of the Department
he designates;

(2)  The Secretary of Natural Resources, or any
employee of the Department of Natural Resources whom he
designates;

(3)  The Secretary of [Health and Mental Hygiene] THE
ENVIRONMENT or any employee of the Department of [Health and
Mental Hygiene] THE ENVIRONMENT designated by the Secretary;
