(b) The Board shall pay all funds collected under this
title into the General Fund of this State.

[5.5-207] 11-207.

A person who acts in good faith and within the scope of the
jurisdiction of the Board is not civilly liable for giving
information to the Board or otherwise participating in its
activities.

Subtitle 3. Certification

[5.5-301] 11-301.

(a)  Except as otherwise provided in this title, after July
1, 1986, all environmental sanitarians shall be licensed by the

Board.

(b)  An individual shall be licensed as a registered
environmental sanitarian by the Board before the individual may:

(1)  Use the title "registered environmental
sanitarian";

(2)  Use the initials "R.S." after the name of the

person; or

(3)  Represent to the public that the individual is a
registered environmental sanitarian.

[5.5-302] 11-302.

To apply for licensure, an applicant shall:

(1)  Submit an application to the Board on the form
that the Board requires; and

(2)  Pay to the Board the required application and
examination fee set by the Board.

[5.5-303] 11-303.

(a)  To qualify for licensure under this title, an applicant
shall meet: the requirements of this section.

(b)  An environmental sanitarian registered by the Board on
the effective date of this Act will be licensed for the term of
the current registration.

(c)  An applicant employed as an environmental sanitarian on
or before June 30, 1985, and who is not registered by the Board,
may be licensed if the applicant:
