(4) With respect to a commercial building, any
planning or technical service, and any commercial energy audit,
if the service or audit is related to or undertaken with the
installation, or the modification of an installation, which
includes any of the items specified in subsection (e)(3) of this
section.

corrects the omissions of a conjunction and
punctuation in Article 41, § ll-303(e).

Former subheading "Community Development
Administration" became Title 11, Subtitle 3 of, this
article when the sections of Article 41 were
renumbered pursuant to Ch. 5 of the Acts of 1986. The
disjunctive conjunction, "or", and the punctuation, a
colon, were omitted from Ch. 497 of the Acts of 1981.

The outdated cross-references were noted by the Michie
Company. The omissions of the conjunction and the
punctuation were noted by the professional staff of
the Legislative Division of the Department of
Legislative Reference.

(h) "Home improvement project" means a project or
undertaking for any improvement, alteration, addition, or repair
that substantially protects or improves the basic liveability of
a residential building that will be occupied in substantial part
by families of limited incomes. Any home improvement project for
a residential building containing more than 4 units is subject to
the provisions of this [subheading] SUBTITLE applicable to a
community development project.

(k) "Local development agency" means any board, commission,
agency, department or authority of any municipality or county
designated by their chief executive officer of such municipality
or county for the purpose of carrying out community development
under this [subheading] SUBTITLE.
