nothing in this [subheading or the subheading "Maryland Parole
Commission"] SUBTITLE OR IN SUBTITLE 5 OF THIS TITLE shall be
construed to extend to or affect (1) any persons retained in the
custody of Patuxent Institution for examination to determine
eligibility or for confinement as an eligible person; or (2) any
juveniles committed to the jurisdiction of the State Juvenile
Services Administration or to any institution or facility under
the jurisdiction of the Administration.
