the method of handling the water, as practiced in that state, are
not prejudicial to the public health, and that the water is
allowed to be sold in the state that issued the permit.

(2) Nothing in this section prevents the Department
from prohibiting the use of water shipped from outside this
State, if, in the judgment of the Department, the water is shown
by analysis to be unfit for drinking or if its quality in any way
is injured by such handling as may be accorded to it after
arriving in this State.

(d) Drinking water packaged and sold in this State in
individual containers made of paper or plastic-coated paper shall
be marked with a stencil or stamp clearly indicating the month
and day the water was placed in the container.]

[9-221.

(a)  No new source of ice supply, either natural or
artificial, may be used for furnishing ice to the public for
domestic purposes unless the source is approved by the Secretary
and a permit is issued by the Secretary for the harvesting or
manufacture, and the sale, of ice from that source.

(b)  No ice may be stored in an unclean place, handled in an
unclean manner, or brought into contact with polluted water.

(c)  The Secretary may make and enforce rules and
regulations regarding the selection and care of sources of ice
supply and the methods employed in harvesting, manufacturing,
storing, and handling ice.]

[11-201.

(a)  The Secretary shall implement a program to post, in
each facility that prepares food and provides seating for
patrons, a diagram of illustrative directions on the use of
manual maneuvers to prevent asphyxiation due to choking.

(b)  The Secretary may adopt rules and regulations to carry
out the provisions of this section.

(c)  The Secretary shall prepare abstracts of this section
and provide them, on request, to any person.

(d)  To enforce any rule or regulation adopted or order
issued under this section, the Secretary or a representative of
the Secretary, at any reasonable time, may enter and inspect any
facility that prepares food and provides seating for patrons.

(e)  (1) If the Secretary believes that a person is
violating a rule or regulation adopted under this section, the
Secretary shall serve the person with a written order that
