[4-507.

To qualify for a license, an applicant shall demonstrate to
the satisfaction of the Secretary that the cold storage warehouse
for which the license is to be issued is:

(1)  In a sanitary condition; and

(2)  Equipped properly for use as a cold storage
warehouse.]

[4-508.

(a) An applicant for a license shall:

(1)  Submit an application to the Secretary on the
form that' the Secretary requires; and

(2)  Pay to the Secretary a license fee of $25.

(b) The application shall include the location of the cold
storage warehouse for which the license is sought.]

[4-509.                                                        

Before issuing a license, the Secretary shall inspect the
cold storage warehouse identified in the application.]

[4-510.

The Secretary shall issue a license to any, applicant who meets

the requirements of this subtitle.]

[4-511.                                                                                                                

While it is effective, a license issued under this subtitle
authorizes the licensee to operate the cold storage warehouse
identified in the license.]

[4-512.

(a)  A license expires on the first anniversary of its
effective date, unless the license is renewed for a 1-year term'
as provided in this section.

(b)  At least 1 month before the license expires, the
Secretary shall send to the licensee, by first class mail to the,
last known address of the licensee, a renewal notice that states:

(1) The date on which the current license expires;
