(a)  The Department shall issue a license to any applicant
who meets the requirements of this subtitle.

(b)  The Department shall:

(1)  Number each license; and

(2)  Include on the license:

(i) The name of the licensee; and

(ii) The address of the manufacturing plant for
which the license is issued.]

[4-310.

While it is effective, a license authorizes the licensee to
manufacture soft drinks at the manufacturing plant identified in
the license.]

[4-311.

(a)  Each licensee shall display the license conspicuously
in the manufacturing plant.

(b)  Each licensee shall display on each Vehicle that the
licensee uses:

    (1) The number of the license; and

(2) The city or town where the licensee's
manufacturing plant is located.]

[Part III. Registration]

[4-314.                                                                                                                  

Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, a soft drink
that is manufactured outside this State shall be registered with
the Department before any person may sell the soft drink in this

State.]

To qualify for registration, an applicant shall satisfy the
Department that the soft drink for which the registration is
