Allegany County - County Commissioners

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners of
Allegany County to exercise jurisdiction over the county
sanitary commission.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF ALLEGANY COUNTY MAY EXERCISE
JURISDICTION OVER THE COUNTY SANITARY COMMISSION, AS CREATED

UNDER TITLE 9, SUBTITLE 6, PART III OF THE HEALTH - ENVIRONMENTAL

ARTICLE OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND THIS PART III.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.
