SECTION 5. 6 7. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 2

Sections 2, 3, and 4 Sections 2, 3, 4, and 5 of this Act shall

take effect July 1, 1987.

SECTION 8. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections 1 and
3 of this Act shall take effect June 1, 1987.

SECTION 9. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections 2, 4,
5, 6, and 7 of this Act shall take effect July 1, 1987.

SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 3 of

this Act shall take effect July 1, 1991.
